For a long time, I had a dream.

I wanted to write stories for children.

Not just stories to read once and put away, but stories that could inspire children to imagine, create, draw, colour, ask questions, and believe that maybe the impossible is not always impossible.

I wanted to create something away from screens. Something a child could hold in their hands.
A little adventure by post. Remember that feeling when you were young, and something arrived in the mailbox just for you? That feeling!

And then I met Larry.

Larry was a rescue cat from the street. A little orange-and-white cat who somehow walked into my life and slowly became the king of the house. From street cat to king.

That is Larry. He is curious, dramatic, stubborn, sweet, and very convinced that the world belongs to him.

And somewhere along the way, I realised something: Larry was the perfect character to tell my stories through. Because Larry sees the world differently.

He asks the questions we sometimes stop asking when we grow up.

Why can birds fly and cats cannot?
Why should something be impossible?
What if trying is already the beginning of flying?

That became the heart of Larry’s Adventures.

A children’s book series about curiosity, courage, friendship and believing that small steps can lead somewhere big.

The first story, Larry’s First Flight, begins with one very important question:

What if Larry could fly? Of course, Larry is a cat. Cats are not supposed to fly.

Through Larry, I want children to feel that they are allowed to dream big, even when others do not understand yet. I want them to feel that creativity matters. That imagination matters. That stories can become drawings, drawings can become ideas, and ideas can become little adventures of their own.

Larry’s Adventures is made for children to read, draw, colour and create offline.

Each adventure is designed as something small and magical that can arrive by post: a story, an activity, a sticker, a little surprise, and a reason to use their imagination.

It started with my dream to write stories for children.

But Larry gave the stories their voice.

And maybe, through him, children can believe a little more in their own impossible ideas too.
